A ticket is required for entry; however, entry operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

If we reach capacity and you are unable to enter, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on your ticket type. To inquire about eligibility, please contact [email protected] after the event.

Date changes may occur, but the event will not be rescheduled outside of the month it was originally planned for. If a date change is necessary, ticket holders will receive notification at least 2 weeks prior to the new date.

No, a STREAM membership isn’t required to attend Hidden Fete—you can buy a ticket. STREAM members get in for FREE✨ though!

Yes! You can cancel at any time; however, you must have a ticket or an active membership to attend the event.

You can cancel right after the event, but you will lose access to STREAM immediately, so we recommend exploring the app first.

We always send an email two weeks before your membership fee is due to remind you if you want to cancel.
